Icare Medical Group warrants the ActiveX™ Mattresses has a 10 year limited warranty to the Customer against defective materials and defective workmanship, from date of invoice. To open a case email Support@medshopdirect.com and we will open a case with the manufacturer on your behalf and have a resolution between 10-14 business days.
