The Medacure Universal Mattress Cover offers a designated perimeter area for patients who may attempt to leave the bed without assistance or risk falling out. The cover is equipped with soft foam bolsters that encircle the bed's edge, creating a secure and safe sleeping space without the use of cumbersome side rails. The bolsters are seamlessly incorporated into the cover and feature side openings for easy transfer. The cover fits securely onto any standard foam or air mattress and is available in three widths: 36″, 42″ and 48″.
