Easily adjust the Medacure Half Side Rail (set of 2) up and down and securely lock it in place. It's designed to facilitate safe and effortless transfers in and out of bed, with numerous areas to hold onto while transferring.

The hand pendant hangs on the rail for convenient access, and the rail securely attaches to all Medacure bed frames (excludes ULB3.9 Floor Bed series).
