I needed a hospital bed for my husband to be able to return home after a severe stroke. I contacted three companies. Omar was the only person who got back to me. He was extremely supportive, compassionate and professional from our first conversation until the bed arrived. He went above and beyond every step of the way and understood how important having this bed was for my husband to be able to be at home.
