How do I place an order?
 Click “Add To Cart” on the desired product and proceed to checkout. Complete your shipping and billing information to finalize your order.

What payment methods are available for purchase?
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Digital Wallets: Conveniently pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
    What is your return policy?
    We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days.
      What is your cancellation policy?
      Orders can be canceled as long as they haven't started the shipping process. Please notify us immediately at omar.s@medshopdirect.com for cancellations. Once the order has shipped, it falls under our 30-day Return Policy.
        Can I change my order?
        Absolutely! If your order hasn't begun the shipping process, you can change it at no extra cost. Email us at omar.s@medshopdirect.com for changes. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
          What if my product is damaged?
          Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s) for any damage. If you notice any damage or suspect it, make note of it when signing for delivery.
          If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to omar.s@medshopdirect.com, and we will process a replacement or compensation typically within 1 business day.
            How do I know when my order will ship?
            After placing your order, you'll receive an email with shipping/billing information.
            You'll be notified via email when your order has shipped.
            In the event of stock issues, we'll inform you within one business day.
              Will you send an order confirmation via email?
              Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. We recommend saving this confirmation for your records.
                What are the product conditions that you allow for returns?
                New and Used.
                What is the restocking fee?
                25% of the product price.
                How long will it take for my order to ship?
