What is the estimated arrival time for my order?
We (medshopdirect.com) process and ship orders 48-72 hours after order is placed. The estimated delivery time for your order will vary based on your location. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 5-8 business days or sooner. Please note that business days exclude weekends and major US holidays. If White Glove Delivery is added during purchase, you can expect 5-6 business days additional. For Icare and all custom made orders such as the Supernal 5, expect a 2 week lead time (prior to shipment).

Modifications to Orders:
You can modify or cancel your order without any charges, provided it has not entered fulfillment. Fulfillment is defined as the process of transmitting or initiating your order with the supplier. To make cancellations or changes, please ensure they are requested before 3:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00). We can request cancellation but cannot guarantee it.
To ensure a smooth transaction, kindly review and verify all shipping details before finalizing your purchase. Within 10-15 minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details.
If you need to cancel your order or notice any incorrect information in the confirmation email, please reach out to us immediately. Provide your order number or the email used during the purchase along with the correct information.
Payment processing fees on Order Cancellations are non-refundable
Please note that once you receive a shipping notification, which includes the label being printed, we won't be able to accommodate any modifications or cancellations to your order. Be sure to check your Junk/SPAM folder for any shipping notifications.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout reflect standard carrier averages, not absolute guarantees. Factors like weather, freight congestion, manufacturer backorders, and white-glove scheduling can occasionally extend transit times.
If your order is delayed, our team will coordinate directly with the carrier or installer to keep you updated and ensure delivery as soon as possible.
Your shipment is always protected — if it’s lost or damaged in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to repair, replace, or refund it according to our policy.
Delays caused by carrier operations, natural events, or customer scheduling availability do not qualify for cancellation or compensation, but we will make every effort to expedite resolution.
Refused packages:
In the event that your package is declined or returned to us (marked as 'Return to Sender'), you will bear the responsibility for the return shipping expenses. Furthermore, declined packages may incur additional fees, which will be deducted from any eligible refunds after the package is successfully returned to our facility.
