Return and Refund Policy for MedShop Direct

Thank you for choosing MedShop Direct for your home care products purchases. Your satisfaction is our priority, and to ensure a seamless return and refund process, we’ve outlined the following policies:

30-Day Return Window

MedShop Direct offers a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@medshopdirect.com. Our team will issue a return authorization and provide detailed instructions for shipping the item back. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Labels for Customers

  • For Defective Products: Upon approval, a prepaid return label will be provided for items that are defective. 

  • For Customer Remorse: 
    Let us know as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order after the payment is processed, you will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee, so it is important to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Since we work on processing and shipping your order quickly, its important to cancel your order within 4-8 hours after purchase to avoid the processing fee.

Accepted Product Conditions for Returns

We accept returns for products in new, unused condition. We charge 2.9%  payment processing and 20% restocking fee.

Restocking Fee

MedShop Direct imposes a 20% restocking fee. 

Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective Products: Return shipping costs are covered by MedShop Direct. Videos and photos must accompany all returns that arrived defective. 

  • For Customer Remorse: Customers must cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Inaccurate Products, or Issues

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items carefully. We recommend taking photos and videos. If you find any damage, inaccuracies, or other issues, contact us immediately at support@medshopdirect.com. We will work promptly to resolve any problems.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to process an exchange is to wait until your return is processed, and then to repurchase the items you want separately.

Restoration Fee

All returns encounter a 2.9% processing fee and a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted for Icare custom made bedding. 

Package Undeliverable

If the shipment company is unable to delivery due to obstacles beyond our control (such as a blocked driveway, a faulty shipment address) and you still wish to receive your delivery, you will be responsible for redelivery expenses. In addition, you may incur storage costs incurred during the time required to facilitate a new shipment to you.

Refunds

We will contact and notify you once your returns have been received and inspected. As soon as it is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original credit card or other form of payment you used. Again this usually takes 10 business days after approval. If more than 14 business days have passed, simply contact us at support@medshopdirect.com so that we can escalate your case.
