30-Day Return Window

MedShop Direct offers a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@medshopdirect.com. Our team will issue a return authorization and provide detailed instructions for shipping the item back. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Labels for Customers

For Defective Products: A prepaid return label will be provided for items that are defective.

For Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items returned due to personal preference or change of mind.

Accepted Product Conditions for Returns

We accept returns for products in new, unused condition.

Restocking Fee

MedShop Direct does not impose any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

For Defective Products: Return shipping costs are covered by MedShop Direct.

For Customer Remorse: Customers must cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Inaccurate Products, or Issues

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are damaged, inaccurate, or defective. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Restoration Fee

No restoration fee is charged for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. The time frame for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
