Picked this up for my uncle who’s in long-term care at home. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but it works great. Setup was simple, pressure alternates like it should, and it’s helped reduce skin breakdown. One star off because I wish it shipped next day, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, great for what we paid.

If you're in a pinch and need something dependable, it’s solid. The air cycles keep the pressure off my grandma’s back, and she’s more comfortable than she’s been in weeks. Controls are old-school but I actually prefer that. You just have to know what you're doing and it’ll serve you well.

My dad needed an alternating pressure mattress ASAP after a hospital stay, and we couldn’t wait for insurance approvals. This one was in our budget and came quick. It’s basic, but it does what it needs to. The pressure settings are manual, which actually made it easier for us to understand and adjust for him. Not fancy, but reliable and gave him comfort he wasn’t getting from a regular mattress.

This mattress cost a lot, but it worth every penny. Fit perfect on my other brand hospital bed, no problem at all. The lateral rotation and air flow help so much with my back and sores. Delivery was fast, come right to my door.

I’ve been using the Air Stream Direct Low Air Loss Mattress for a few months now, and it’s been a great addition to my Drive Homecare bed. As long as you get the correct size (I got the 36" wide), it fits perfectly and works just as described. The direct air loss feature keeps the surface cool and dry, which has been a huge help for skin protection. The alternating pressure system is fantastic, and the cell-on-cell design gives me peace of mind in case of power outages.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think the pump could be a little quieter, but it’s still not a deal breaker. I’ve been using the Salute RDX Alternating Pressure Mattress for my mum, and it’s made a world of difference. The alternating pressure therapy is excellent—it really helps prevent her bedsores from getting worse. The Happy Feet feature is a lovely touch, as her heels are quite fragile, and this adds that extra bit of softness she needs. I’m especially impressed with the micro low air loss. It keeps her cool and dry, which is vital here in the US where it can get quite warm.

I buy this Prius Universal Therapy Air Mattress because I have bad back and stay in bed long time. It work good for me. The pump is quiet and change the pressure, so I don't feel much pain on my back or hips. I like that it has a button so I can make the bed soft or harder by myself, that is easy for me. The mattress also have a foam under the air so if power goes out, I still feel okay. I don't give 5 stars because sometimes the foam part move a little bit, but overall it is good and keep me comfortable.
