Once you receive your item, please take images and immediately contact us if it arrived damaged. This will give us an opportunity to open a case with the shipping company and/or the product manufacturer.
If you are certain you want to return an item, note there is a minimum 20% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for return shipping fees and the 2.9% processing fees. Any amount remaining will be returned to you to your original form of payment and the time can depend on your bank and this usually does not take more than 10 business days. All returns must be initiated within 30 days. Note that Icare beds are custom made and not eliginle to be returned. If the item is damaged you must have a picture and video and we will open a case with the manufacturer.
For custom beds from manufacturer Icare note that returns are not possible. To initiate a return, contact us at Support@medshopdirect.com and/or call us at 833-499-4450. You can expect a response to your email within 1-2 business days, and a call back on the following business day within business hours if we missed your call.
