I can't remember ever having such excellent, personalized customer service in all of my 70 years.They don't want me to mention names but the man who helped me (O.S.) was attentive, helpful and very kind. He helped me with a specific need even after the bed was delivered and in use.The bariatric bed is extremely well made and was delivered promptly. Everything was packed well and arrived damage free. Excellent customer service

I needed a hospital bed for my husband to be able to return home after a severe stroke. I contacted three companies. Omar was the only person who got back to me. He was extremely supportive, compassionate and professional from our first conversation until the bed arrived. He went above and beyond every step of the way and understood how important having this bed was for my husband to be able to be at home.
