-

-
Because of the custom nature and manufacturing commitment, MedShopDirect does not accept returns or cancellations on these orders once production has begun.
-
If a customer attempts to cancel or return a custom bed after the 12‑hour window, the order will be treated as a non‑refundable purchase, and all charges (including shipping, if applicable) will remain due.
-
Any invalid chargeback, dispute, or attempt to void payment on a custom bed order will be treated as a breach of contract, and MedShopDirect will enforce the general legal remedies clause below without exception.
2. Cancellations & Order Changes
-
Orders placed through MedShopDirect are considered binding once placed.
-
Cancellation requests made after 12 hours are not guaranteed.
-
MedShopDirect will attempt to contact the manufacturer or our fulfillment network to cancel the order.
-

-
In such cases, a 20% cancellation/return fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
-
MedShopDirect will make a good‑faith effort to attempt to cancel the order with the manufacturer, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
MedShopDirect.com reserves the right to decline changes or cancellations after production or shipping has begun.
Shipping and fulfillment may begin sooner than the 12‑hour window.
The lack of a tracking scan or tracking number does not mean the item has not already been loaded onto a shipping container or scheduled for shipment.
Custom & Made‑To‑Order Beds – Cancellations
-
For custom and made‑to‑order beds ordered through MedShopDirect.com, operating by OAS Global LLC, cancellations are not allowed after 12 hours, and the order is considered final and binding.
-
Any attempt to cancel or return a custom bed after this window will be treated as a breach of contract, and MedShopDirect reserves the right to enforce payment and pursue legal remedies, including suit and collection, regardless of any chargeback outcome.
3. White Glove & Delivery Services
-
MedShopDirect offers White Glove Delivery for qualifying beds and equipment.
-
White Glove Delivery includes delivery and setup of the bed or equipment in the room of choice, but does not include disassembly of the existing bed or removal of furniture, unless separately requested and paid for.
-
If the customer wants disassembly of an existing bed or furniture movement, this must be purchased as a separate add‑on service.
-
Customer is responsible for ensuring a clear path (doorways, hallways, staircases, etc.) for delivery personnel; if the equipment cannot be delivered safely, the customer may be responsible for rescheduling or storage fees.
-
Delivery personnel are not responsible for moving or disassembling third‑party furniture, electronics, or medical equipment not sold by MedShopDirect.
-
MedShopDirect does not guarantee that the bed will arrive before a patient is discharged from a hospital, clinic, or other facility.
-
Delivery timing is based solely on MedShopDirect’s standard and white‑glove delivery windows, carrier timelines, and internal scheduling guidelines.
-
MedShopDirect will not be held liable for delays related to medical discharge schedules, transfer plans, or care coordination.
-
For White Glove deliveries that involve an installer or third‑party service provider, the bed may be shipped to the installer’s location for staging.
-
Once the item is received by the installer, it is considered delivered.
-
The customer must cooperate with the installer to schedule and complete the final delivery/installation.
-
If the customer refuses service, cancels the appointment, or stops responding, the customer cannot later claim “the item was not delivered” or demand a full refund.
4. Shipping, Delivery Timelines, and Damage Reporting
-
All shipping and delivery timelines shown on MedShopDirect are estimates only and not guaranteed.
-
MedShopDirect is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, traffic, customs, or other factors beyond reasonable control.
-
These risks are protected by a force majeure clause, which includes but is not limited to:
-
Carrier or logistics failures.
-
Weather events, natural disasters, or government actions.
-
Acts of war, pandemics, or other extraordinary events.
-
In the event of significant delays, MedShopDirect will notify the customer and provide revised estimates, but no compensation or penalty is required beyond, at our discretion, a partial refund or reshipment.
-
Delays do not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the order or demand a full refund unless explicitly stated in the order terms.
-
Shipping damage claims must be reported within 3 days of the tracking status showing “delivered”.
-
Failure to report damage within this window means the customer accepts the item as delivered in acceptable condition, and MedShopDirect will not honor any damage claims.
-
It is not an excuse to say “we were too busy to check the shipment” or similar.
-
If damage is reported within 3 days and is clearly the carrier’s responsibility, MedShopDirect may work with the carrier or insurer to resolve it, but final liability and resolution rest with the carrier or insurer.
-
For orders that include White Glove or installation services, the item may be shipped to a third‑party installer or service provider’s address for staging and preparation before final delivery.
-
MedShopDirect will monitor the delivery to the installer or service provider and will attempt to confirm that the item has been received and scheduled for final installation.
-
However, once the item has been delivered to the installer or service provider, the order is considered delivered, and the customer is responsible for:
-
Coordinating and attending the final installation appointment.
-
Responding to the installer’s scheduling attempts (phone, email, or text).
-
-
If the customer stops responding to the installer, cancels the install appointment, or refuses final delivery at the agreed‑upon time, the customer cannot later claim “the item was not delivered” or seek a full refund solely based on that refusal or non‑cooperation.
-
In such cases, the order is treated as delivered and final, and standard return and cancellation rules apply, including applicable fees.
-

-
Require proof of problem (photos, videos, diagnostics).
-
Refuse to refund or replace if the claim is inconsistent with documentation or evidence.
-
Recover fees and costs associated with defending the dispute where applicable.
6. Invalid Chargeback & Disputes
-
An invalid chargeback or dispute is one where:
-
The customer received the item as described and paid for a valid, authorized transaction through MedShopDirect, yet disputes the charge for reasons that are false, misleading, or unsupported by evidence.
-
The customer misuses the chargeback process (often called “friendly fraud”) to get a refund while keeping the product or service, or to avoid MedShopDirect’s stated return policy.
-
The dispute is filed after the allowed time window, for an incorrect amount, without attempting resolution with MedShopDirect first, or under a reason code that does not match the facts of the transaction.
-
In such cases, the chargeback is not a legitimate consumer‑protection claim, but an abuse of the payment system, and MedShopDirect will treat it as such.
-
MedShopDirect.com, operated by OAS Global LLC does not waive its rights simply because a card‑issuer or bank issues a chargeback or refund in favor of the customer.
-
In the event of an invalid chargeback, dispute, or breach of these terms, MedShopDirect reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including but not limited to collection action, litigation, and recovery of fees and costs, even if the customer wins the credit dispute.
