Omar went over and beyond to assist me with the purchase of my icare bed. I am in California and would recommend med shop direct for their ease of my purchase.

Omar is very polite and efficient. He goes out of his way to get the customer what they need andwant as soon as possible.He made himself available to answer our many questions and guided us through the entire process from ordering to delivery and assembly of the bed.The bed was quite comfortable.

I needed a hospital bed for my husband to be able to return home after a severe stroke. I contacted three companies. Omar was the only person who got back to me. He was extremely supportive, compassionate and professional from our first conversation until the bed arrived. He went above and beyond every step of the way and understood how important having this bed was for my husband to be able to be at home. I can’t say enough good things about medshopdirect.  Polite, professional, and they kept me updated every step of the way. Omar was very sweet and then Ivan kept me updated with the delivery and installation. I can't remember ever having such excellent, personalized customer service in all of my 70 years.
They don't want me to mention names but the man who helped me (O.S.) was attentive, helpful and very kind. He helped me with a specific need even after the bed was delivered and in use.
The bariatric bed is extremely well made and was delivered promptly. Everything was packed well and arrived damage free. Med Shop Direct is 1st class all the way.

We are very pleased with our entire interaction with this company. The communication and assistance was professional, prompt and courteous. We had the pleasure of interacting with the owner as well who was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout. 
Our order was for an extra wide, fully electric hospital bed that came with a mattress plus cover (and had a promotion for a free overbed table included!), all of which arrived as promised. And the price was lower than any others we found online. The delivery man was also polite, helpful and professional.
The bed has benefited our father/ husband in many ways, specifically by increasing his comfort, ability to sleep with less pain, and, in addition, by making it easier for the nurse to apply dressings etc, without uncomfortably straining her back.

My experience with Medshopdirect.com and their representative Omar was the best customer service experience I have ever received and beyond my expectations. Omar helped guide me through the purchase of a new medical style bed for my mother who went into a memory care facility that did not have a bed for her. My mother is weakening and has had issues falling, including out of bed. The new bed met the facilities needs of not have a full side rail and met my mother's needs of having a support that prevented her falling and helping her out of bed. Omar also helped coordinate the delivery to the memory care facility and coordinate an installer since I live remote to where my mother lives and my relatives were unable to complete these steps. I purchased an Orin star sleep rotating bed from the (Medshop) Direct and from the moment of my purchase, through shipping and then finally delivery and set up Omar provided outstanding customer service. I had a little issue at first, and Omar helped me immediately and had my issue resolved within minutes. This was on a Friday, late in the afternoon, and I really did not expect that the issue would be resolved so expediently, but it was.
