Picked this up for my uncle who’s in long-term care at home. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but it works great. Setup was simple, pressure alternates like it should, and it’s helped reduce skin breakdown. One star off because I wish it shipped next day, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, great for what we paid.

If you're in a pinch and need something dependable, it’s solid. The air cycles keep the pressure off my grandma’s back, and she’s more comfortable than she’s been in weeks. Controls are old-school but I actually prefer that. You just have to know what you're doing and it’ll serve you well.

My dad needed an alternating pressure mattress ASAP after a hospital stay, and we couldn’t wait for insurance approvals. This one was in our budget and came quick. As long as you get the correct size (I got the 36" wide), it fits perfectly and works just as described. I’ve been using the Salute RDX Alternating Pressure Mattress for my mum, and it’s made a world of difference. I buy this Prius Universal Therapy Air Mattress because I have bad back and stay in bed long time. It work good for me. The pump is quiet and change the pressure, so I don't feel much pain on my back or hips. I like that it has a button so I can make the bed soft or harder by myself, that is easy for me. The mattress also have a foam under the air so if power goes out, I still feel okay. I don't give 5 stars because sometimes the foam part move a little bit, but overall it is good and keep me comfortable.

I got this mattress for my dad, and it’s been such a great purchase. He’s much more comfortable with the extra support from the air cells, and I love that it customizes the pressure to his weight. The raised sides gives us peace of mind knowing he won’t fall out of bed. The cover is soft and easy to clean and doesnt leave a smell, and i found the controls are simple to use. Plus, the quick inflate option makes it easy to adjust when needed.
The only downside was that the mattress arrived 5 days after the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been better to deliver everything at the same time. But overall, it’s really made a difference in his comfort and safety! The main thing is it prevented him from having bed sores, so we are pleased.
