Bio

Monica Woodward-Luberto, RN, brings four decades of bedside nursing to the review of home medical equipment and caregiver education content. Her clinical career spans intensive care, post-anesthesia recovery, and endoscopy, followed by case management with the Department of Veterans Affairs — she assessed patients in their own homes and recommended the equipment they would use there.

That home-assessment background shapes how she reviews product content. The question is not only whether a specification is accurate, but whether a family caregiver could act on the information and someone could get hurt.

Her review focuses on equipment safety, safe patient handling and transfers, fall and entrapment risk, and the distance between manufacturer guidance and how equipment actually gets used at home.

She operates RN Content Studio, a clinical content practice serving equipment manufacturers and healthcare education publishers.
