As a manager at a senior care facility, I highly recommend the SLB48-X by Medacure. This bed has proven to be a dependable asset in meeting the diverse needs of our residents, with its adjustable width and length allowing us to easily tailor the setup for individual comfort and health requirements. The tool-free assembly has been a significant time-saver for our team, especially Joe who is now having back issues - and this made setup swift and stress-free.

This mattress cost a lot, but it worth every penny. Fit perfect on my other brand hospital bed, no problem at all. The lateral rotation and air flow help so much with my back and sores. Delivery was fast, come right to my door.

Special thanks to Cindy, she help me over the phone with all my questions, very nice lady. I was worry about setup but she explain everything, very patient. This mattress is expensive, but my comfort and health very important, so I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using the Air Stream Direct Low Air Loss Mattress for a few months now, and it’s been a great addition to my Drive Homecare bed. As long as you get the correct size (I got the 36" wide), it fits perfectly and works just as described. The direct air loss feature keeps the surface cool and dry, which has been a huge help for skin protection. The alternating pressure system is fantastic, and the cell-on-cell design gives me peace of mind in case of power outages.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think the pump could be a little quieter, but it’s still not a deal breaker. Overall, the mattress delivers on its promises, and I love how it integrates so well with my existing bed. Highly recommend if you need solid pressure relief and a good fit for your hospital bed!

I’ve been using the Salute RDX Alternating Pressure Mattress for my mum, and it’s made a world of difference. The alternating pressure therapy is excellent—it really helps prevent her bedsores from getting worse. The Happy Feet feature is a lovely touch, as her heels are quite fragile, and this adds that extra bit of softness she needs. I’m especially impressed with the micro low air loss. It keeps her cool and dry, which is vital here in the US where it can get quite warm.

What’s really reassuring is that even during power cuts, the mattress stays inflated with the cell-in-cell design, so she’s never left uncomfortable. I buy this Prius Universal Therapy Air Mattress because I have bad back and stay in bed long time. It work good for me. The pump is quiet and change the pressure, so I don't feel much pain on my back or hips. I like that it has a button so I can make the bed soft or harder by myself, that is easy for me. The mattress also have a foam under the air so if power goes out, I still feel okay. I don't give 5 stars because sometimes the foam part move a little bit, but overall it is good and keep me comfortable.

The raised sides gives us peace of mind knowing he won’t fall out of bed. The cover is soft and easy to clean and doesnt leave a smell, and i found the controls are simple to use. Plus, the quick inflate option makes it easy to adjust when needed.
The only downside was that the mattress arrived 5 days after the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been better to deliver everything at the same time. But overall, it’s really made a difference in his comfort and safety! The main thing is it prevented him from having bed sores, so we are pleased.

Needed a reliable mattress for my bariatric bed. This one holds up perfectly, and the 500 lb capacity is a lifesaver. Highly recommend!
